REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Handling of Goods: You are permitted to examine the garments and accessories in a manner that would be reasonably allowed in a physical boutique or premium tailoring establishment on Savile Row.

Diminished Value: If the value of the goods is diminished due to unnecessary handling (such as wearing the items outdoors, laundering, altering, or damaging the original branded packaging), we reserve the legal right to deduct an amount from your refund corresponding to the loss in value.

Exclusions: Tailored, bespoke, or custom-made apparel altered specifically to your measurements is legally exempt from the statutory 14-day right to cancel, unless found to be faulty.
3. STATUTORY TIMELINE FOR REFUNDS
When you exercise your right to cancel an order, Glorious Foster will provide a comprehensive refund, including the standard delivery cost.
